We are committed to the continual maintenance and evolutional improvement of the quality of service provided. Staff are kept up to date with training on new and existing products, equipment, and cleaning practices.
Jaco Flemix
Jaco has experience in the cleaning industry. He has received extensive training in hygiene systems and has also been involved in the development of many of the cleaning practices used by the company. Jaco has been involved with contract cleaning for the past 30 years and has a wealth of experience to offer prospective clients.
Owner management inspect the site on a regular basis and are always available should any problems arise. Regular contact is maintained with the customer to ensure that all the Facility Management requirements are achieved. Regular meetings are also held with our staff to address any issues pertaining to the requirements on site.

Our Paperless Audit Systems
Our unique, first of its kind worldwide, online Audit system will be used. You, as the Customer will have your own access to your site’s performance via a Secure Login to the website.
The system is also created to assist the customer with Maintenance issue that the Supervisor or Manager have picked up.
Every day once the Inspection has been signed off by the Customer, the Customer and B Cal will receive an email with the inspection report attached.
The Site Supervisor will have their own tablet where inspections will be done regularly and signed off by the customer.
Once the contract has started, the client will receive a detailed online file which is in line with the OSH Act.
